Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs (Psalm 100:2).
St John's Hall and Chapel
St John’s Hall and Chapel is located at 110 Vesper St (cnr Parkes St), Temora. The hall is used regularly for church functions including our Friday afternoon youth group called G4E (God 4 Ever). The chapel is also used by the town band.
Our history
This was the site of the UELCA congregation, established in 1906. The original church (now referred to as ‘the chapel’) was built in 1909 and the hall was built in 1963. In the late 1960s the St John’s congregation joined with the Trinity congregation and the chapel was no longer used for church services.
